NEIGHBORHOOD / CORDOVA
CORDOVA
Stretching from the Wolf River to the south up to I40 on the North, the Memphis neighborhood of Cordova hosts one of the area’s top outdoor recreation facilities, Shelby Farms. As a resident of Cordova, you won’t even have to leave your community to experience the great outdoors with hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, boating, fishing, disc golf, and more. Cordova students attend schools within the Memphis-Shelby County School District which educates over 110,500 students in more than 214 schools. The area is also home to multiple private schools. With a population of almost 69,000 residents, it’s one of Memphis’s larger suburbs which means you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Homeowners who work in Memphis or outlying communities like Germantown or Collierville will have a short commute.
